Beta Program Terms

These Beta Program Terms ("Beta Terms") supplement the Ringlet Terms of Service and govern your participation in the Ringlet Beta Program. By accepting a beta invitation and creating an account, you agree to these Beta Terms.
1. Beta Program Overview
The Ringlet Beta Program provides early access to the Ringlet service while it is under active development. Beta participants help validate features, provide feedback, and shape the product roadmap in exchange for a promotional discount on their subscription.
2. Introductory Discount
Beta participants receive 50% off their subscription plan for the first 3 consecutive billing periods (months) from the date of their first subscription payment.
2.1 What the discount applies to
- Monthly subscription fees for the Personal, Team, or Business plan
2.2 What the discount does NOT apply to
- Credit top-up purchases
- Additional phone number fees
- One-time fees (number activation, brand registration, campaign registration)
- Usage charges beyond included plan credits
- Any future add-on products or services
2.3 Discount conditions
- The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no coupon code is needed.
- The discount runs for 3 consecutive billing periods and then expires. After expiration, the standard plan rate applies.
- One discount per organization. Creating multiple organizations to obtain multiple discounts is prohibited and may result in account termination.
- The discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
- If you change plans during the discount period, the discount continues for the remainder of the 3-month period at the new plan's rate.
- If you cancel and re-subscribe, the discount does not restart — it is counted from the original subscription start date.
3. Beta Service Level
During the beta period, the Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. Specifically:
- No uptime SLA is guaranteed during beta.
- Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable without notice.
- Data stored during beta will be preserved when the service transitions to general availability, but we cannot guarantee zero data loss in the event of an unforeseen incident.
- Support is provided on a best-effort basis.
4. Feedback and Communication
Beta participants may be contacted for feedback on features and user experience. Participation in feedback activities is voluntary. Any feedback you provide may be used by Ringlet to improve the Service without obligation or compensation.
5. Termination
Ringlet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Beta Program at any time. If the Beta Program is terminated:
- Your account and data remain intact.
- Any remaining discount period will be honored through its natural expiration.
- You will transition to a standard subscription at the end of your discount period.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ringlet's total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Beta Program is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service during the 3-month beta discount period.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Beta Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
